what is the best nlp book for beginners?
im interested in learning nlp but know its quite technical whats the best book to get to help me get to grips with it?
Many people suggest “Introducing NLP: Psychological Skills for Understanding and Influencing People” by Joseph O’Connor and John Seymour.
However, this book was published in the early 1990′s and I have found it to be heavy reading at times.
A more recent book “Live Your Dreams Let Reality Catch Up: NLP and Common Sense for Coaches, Managers and You” by Roger Ellerton is a very easy and enjoyable read. It covers all of NLP that a beginner needs to know and then some. I highly recommend it.
