What is wrong with his behavior?
Recently, I attend a NLP related program. As I observe carefully on lecturer’s behavior, who often talk to himself when he is thinking. Most of his talking does not relate to course materials, but insults on classmate as a joke. I don’t think he is funny. Does anyone have any experience with this kind of people? What is his problem? and how to deal with him?

If he’s an NLP leader, his focus is on hypnosis and a few other things. Remember, NLP has NO scientific credibility, has NO research behind it, and is DOES NOT even come close to being counseling or psychotherapy. It was created by several men who, when Fritz Perls died and Gestalt Therapy went into decline in the 1970s, felt lost and abandoned, and made up a program (NLP) based on their erroneous idea that the mind is like a computer.
Like Scientology and EST (Erhard Seminar Training), NLP has dubious beginnings. I would stay away from it and, if you must get involved in pseudo-psych self-development programs, try to find something more traditional. And certainly something led by someone who does not put people down under his breath! What was THAT all about?
