Has anybody herd of “NLP”? It has to do w/ self help stuff. I have a Q: about it.?
If you have herd of it, I was looking on line @ the NLP store and I kinda got the hint that you have to go through a sort of basic training for NLP. Is this true?
NLP is neuro-linguistic programming.
To do NLP you must be a psychologist.
To recieve it from a psychologist you dont’ need to be trained.
It is about reprogramming the words you use in your brain that affects your mood and self-concept.
